AYCC Party / Event Room Hire- Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review and sign the following terms and conditions before booking. By signing this document, you agree to abide by the rules

FOR ALL BOOKED PREMISES

Rooms/PE Hall/Astro – are available only during the agreed booking time. Failure to adhere to the scheduled time, including any additional use beyond the booking, will result in additional fee. PLEASE note – Sunday closing time 2.30pm, Saturday closing time 5.30pm

DESIGNATED ROOM and DOORS

Groups are only permitted to use the room that has been booked. Please do not access other areas or rooms. All doors to rooms must be kept closed. Do not use any centre fixtures or fittings to prop open doors.

KITCHEN USAGE

The kitchen may only be used by prior agreement and is restricted to adult use only. No cooking of any type of food allowed. All kitchen equipment may only use by AYCC staff.

TABLES AND CHAIRS

Folding Tables and chairs are available free of charge. Please bring your own table covers or tablecloths.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the PE HALL, hallways and corridors. All food and drinks must be consumed within the room(s) that have been booked.

CHILD SUPERVISION

Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times during the event for Rooms, PE Hall and for Astro booking.

ROOM CLEANLINESS

The booked premisses must be left tidy after use. Please use the bins provided for any waste disposal.

FIREWORKS and BOUNCY CASTLES

Under NO circumstances should fireworks and any bouncy castles be used or facilitated on or near the community centre premises

RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS

Management and/or AYCC staff reserves the right to refuse access or ask groups to leave if any terms and conditions are violated.

ROOM SIZE AND PRICES

Management and/or AYCC staff reserves the right to refuse access or ask groups to leave if any terms and conditions are violated.

  • Room A: 5.75 x 5.45 meters – €30 per hour (a sink with drinking water is available in this room)
  • Room B: 5.75 x 5.35 meters – €30 per hour
  •  Room C: 5.75 x 10.7 meters – €40 per hour
  •  Rooms ABC : €85 per hour
  •  Astro : €70 per hour / or ½ Astro €40 per hour
  • Hall : €70 per hour / or ½ Hall €40 per hour (advance booking is required)

BOOKING DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY

We Have a 48-hours cancellation policy. If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance, €20 is retained and the remaining amount is returned as a promo code to be used for future bookings( by agreement with management)
